Terms of Service

Last updated November 2, 2026.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Peakjewishmedia, which runs Peakjewishmedia.com. By creating an account or renting a film, you accept the following terms.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account. One account is for one person.

Renting a film

Renting a film gives you the right to stream it, for yourself, during the rental period shown at checkout. You do not own the film. You may not download it, copy it, re-upload it or show it in public unless you pay per watcher. if you want to watch the video 5 times, that counts as 1 person, not extra views.

If you publish films here

You keep the copyright in anything you upload. You give us permission to store, encode and stream it through the site, and to show its title, description and artwork on the storefront. You confirm that you have the right to sell it. You can ask us to take it down, and we will.

Money

The price is shown before you pay. What a producer receives is the share that was in force when the sale happened; changing it later does not rewrite a sale already made.

Refunds

A rental is final once you have begun watching it. If a film will not play, or you have any issue, please write to Peakjewishmedia@gmail.com and we will sort it out.

What you must not do

Ending it

You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We can close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why.

Our responsibility

We work to keep PeakJewishMedia running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted, and we are not responsible for a film becoming unavailable. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that affects you, we will email account holders before the change takes effect.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of NY.
